Isabelle Adjani Biography: Isabelle Adjani was born in Gennevilliers, France 6/27/1955. At age 12, she began acting in amateur stage productions. Her first large role came in 75' with her title role as Adele Hugo in the Academy Award nominated "L' Histoire d'Adèle H.". She went on to receive the French Cesar Award for "Possession" in 1981, "L' Été meurtrier" in 1983, and "Camille Claudel" in 88'. Some of her more recent roles are Mia in Diabolique (96') and herself in Paparazzi (98').
