Julie Andrews Biography: Julie Andrews was born in Surrey, England on 10/1/1935. At a very young age Julie's parents discovered that she had a unique four-octave voice. She sang at many music halls throughout her childhood. She gave her debut on Broadway in 54 at age 19 with "The Boy Friend." Her most memorable role was probably that of Mary Poppins in the classic Disney movie. Since then she has done numerous film and TV appearances such as Cinderella in 57 and more recently Felicity in Relative Values (2000).
