Burnett, Carol Television comedienne, actress, and singer. Born 4/26/1933, in San Antonio, Texas. Graduating from Hollywood High School in 1951,she received a scholarship to the University of California. In 54, Burnett and her boyfriend, left college and moved to New York in order to pursue acting careers. Between 55' though 1967 she did several acting gigs & Broadway shows. In 1967, The Carol Burnett Show debuted as an hour-long prime-time weekly variety program on CBS. The rest of her life is the best of Hollywood History.
