Biography: Rebecca Cartwright was born 7/23/83 in Sydney, New South Wales. Rebecca started dancing when she was 4, but eventually got
into voice-overs and commercials. Her first TV appearance was in "Home and Away" in 91 as an extra, but she was to gain a permanent role as Hayley Smith in the series in 1998.
