 Biography: Actor/comedian Bill Cosby was born on 7/12/1937 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After college, Cosby began to perform standup, and as his popularity grew he was cast in the television series "I Spy". During the 80's Cosby starred on the top-rated sitcom "The Cosby Show", and during the 90's he starred in another popular sitcom simply titled "Cosby".
