Billy Crudup Biography: Born on 7/8/1968 in Manhasset, New York, Crudup got his breakout performance in the film "Inventing the Abbots" released in 97. However, by this time Billy had already made a name for himself on Broadway and had starred in a number of other feature films including "Grind and Sleepers". In 98 Billy won the lead role for the movie "Without Limits" and in 00 he starred in "Jesus' Son" and "Almost Famous".
