Biography: Actor Daniel Day-Lewis was born on 4/29/1957 in London, England and studied acting at the Bristol Old Vic School of acting. His breakout roles came in the movies "The Bounty" and "A Room with a View", and since then he has starred in such movies as "My Left Foot", "In the Name of the Father", "The Last of the Mohicans", and "The Crucible".
