Biography: Vin Diesel was born 7/18/1967 in New York, New York. He began acting at age 7 and, as he got older, worked as a bouncer for 9 years to fund his acting career. Diesel got his first break when his self written, produced, directed, and acted film "Multi-Facial", was accepted to be played in Sundance Film Festival. His next big break came in the film hit "Saving Private Ryan". The success of the film gave Diesel's career a huge boost and has since worked in such films as "The Iron Giant, Boiler Room, and Pitch Black".
