Biography: Michael Clarke Duncan was born on 12/10/1963 in Chicago, Illinios. He started his acting career with small roles in small films while working as a bodyguard. His role in the 98 blockbuster "Armageddon" led to his breakthrough role in the "Green Mile" as he played death row inmate John Coffey. The role gave him critical acclaim.
