Debbe Dunning Biography: Debbe Dunning was born 7/11/1966 in Burbank, CA. She started her career in TV commercials, completing over 60 before landing many guest spots on such shows as "Who's the Boss?" and "Married... with Children." Dunning had her first major role in "Dangerous Curves'. Her most notable role came with the role of Heidi, the "Tool Time girl", in the hit series "Home Improvement." Since, she has appeared in such films as "Leprechaun 4: In Space and The Misery Brothers".
