Biography: Audrey Hepburn was born on 5/04/1929 in Brussels, Belgium. In 49 she started acting on the London stage. She earned an Academy Award nomination for her role in "Sabrina" in 1954. She received another Oscar nomination for her 1959 role in the drama "The Nun's Story", & Academy Award nominations for her roles in Breakfast at "Tiffany's, My Fair Lady, and Wait Until Dark". Audrey Hepburn died of colon cancer in 1993.
