Biography: Born on 10/12/1968, actor Hugh Jackman was educated at the Western Australian Academy of the Performing Arts. After appearing in a number of theater productions, Jackman hit it big after being given the part of Wolverine in the movie "X-Men." Critics and moviegoers both enjoyed his strong, gritty performance in this movie, and soon afterwards the offers were flooding in.
