Biography: Michael Keaton was born on 9/9/1951 in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania and got his start at Chicago's famed Second City Improvisational group in 75. From there Keaton moved to Los Angeles to write comedy and star in a number of television series, though none took off. His big "break" came when he starred in the film "Mr. Mom" in 83, he and continued his success with "Beetlejuice" and "Clean and Sober." However, Keaton will probably always be remembered for his roles in the first two "Batman" movies, though he also had strong performances in such films as "My Life," "Jackie Brown," and "Out of Sight."
