Alex Kingston Biography: Alex Kingston was born 3/11/1963 in London, England. She began theatre acting at a very young age and took classic theatre roles. Her first film appearance is in "The Cook the Thief His Wife & Her Lover". Her most prominent role is that of Dr. Elizabeth Corday on the popular TV series "ER." Some of her more recent work, other than her acting on "ER", includes "This Space Between Us" in 1999 and "Essex Boys" in 2000.
