Biography: Nia Long was born 10/30/1970, in Brooklyn, New York. Her acting career started out in television, with a role on the soap opera "The Guiding Light" that lasted from 1991 to 1993. From there, her career took off, appearing in "Boyz N the Hood" ,and in "The Fresh Prince of Belair". Some of her more recent films include "Stigmata" and "Boiler Room".
