Biography: Rob Lowe was born on 3/17/64 in Charlottesville, Virginia. He got his first big screen role when he was 19 in the film "The Outsiders". He got roles in "Wayne's World", "Tommy Boy", and "Austin Powers 2". In 99 he joined the cast of the hit NBC show "The West Wing".
