Carey Lowell Biography: Carey Lowell was born 2/11/1961, in Huntington, Long Island. She made her debut in '86' "Dangerously Close", but is best known for her role in the James Bond thriller "License To Kill." Lowell has had a number of other notable appearances in such films as "Sleepless in Seattle," "Leaving Las Vegas," "The Guardian", and "Fierce Creatures". One of her more notable characters is Jamie Ross on "Law & Order".
