Biography: Actor Paul Newman was born on 1/26/25 in Cleveland, Ohio . In 1954 Newman made his Broadway debut and soon movie offers were rolling in. His first movie was the forgettable biblical epic "The Silver Chalice," though his next two movies "The Battler" and "Somebody Up There Likes Me" faired better.
