Biography: Actor Jack Nicholson was born on 4/22/37 in New York City, New York and spent years playing second-rate roles in motorcycle movies and horror flicks. However, all that would change in 69 when Nicholson starred in the hit movie "Easy Rider," and the actor continued to impress critics and audiences alike in such movies as "Five Easy Pieces," "Carnal Knowledge," "The Last Detail," and "Chinatown." In 75 Nicholson won an Oscar for his role in "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest," and in 83 he one another one for "Terms of Endearment." Since then Nicholson has wowed audiences in such films as "A Few Good Men" and "As Good as it Gets."
