Rosie O'Donnell Biography: Born in Commack, Long Island, New York on 3/21/1962. After deciding to become a standup comedian and taking her act on the road, O'Donnell became so talented that she won the Star Search competition five times. Her big acting break came in the hit movie "A League of Their Own", and from there she appeared in "Sleepless and Seattle and The Flintstones". However, America truly fell in love with O'Donnell after the surprise success of her daily talk show "The Rosie O'Donnell Show".
