Biography: Bernadette Peters was born 2/28/1948 Queens, New York. She got her start as a child appearing in such shows as "Juvenile Jury", "Name That Tune", and "The Horn and Hardart Children's Hour." She made her film debut in the '73 film "Ace Eli and Rodger of the Skies" as Allison. She also appeared in such 70's films as "Silent Movie", "Vigilante Force", and "The Jerk". She continued her career in the 80's with films like "Pennies from Heaven", "Annie", "Pink Cadillac." The 90's brought on a number of voice-overs as well as roles in films. Peters can be heard as the voice of Rita in "Animaniacs" or Sophie in
"Anastasia." Along with her voice-over's she has appeared in such film's as "Fall from Grace", "The Odyssey", and "Snow Days".
