Biography: Parker Posey was born 11/8/1968 in Baltimore, Maryland. She made her debut in '91 with her role in the popular soap opera "As the World Turns." She made her film debut two years later with the small part in the '93 comedy Coneheads. The same year she also appeared in another comedy, "Dazed and Confused". She has gained some of her largest work recently with "You've Got Mail" and Jennifer Jolie in Scream 3".
