Biography: Diana Rigg was born 7/20/1938 in Doncaster, England. She made her TV debut in the "The Avengers" series in 65. After her role on the series, Rigg finished off the 60's with appearances in "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" and "The Assassination Bureau." She kicked off the 70's with "Julius Caesar", and ended them with her role in the "Oresteia." The 80's brought such work as the '82 film "Evil Under the Sun" and the '85 mini series "Bleak House." Some of her recent notable work includes her roles in "Genghis Cohn, Samson and Delilah, and The American".
