Biography: Jeri Ryan was born on 2/22/1968 in Munich Germany though she was raised on military bases all across the United States. Jeri won the Miss Illinois Pageant and went on to place fourth in the 1990 Miss America Pageant. She currently stars in the television series Star Trek: Voyager as the borg Seven of Nine.
