Adam Sandler Biography: Born on 9/9/66 in Brooklyn New York, Sandler began as a stand up comedian in Boston. Eventually he was spotted by Saturday Night Live cast member Dennis Miller who got him a job on the show. Sandler's first starring movie was the successful "Billy Madison", but it was the hit "The Wedding Singer" that launched him into the stratosphere. Since then, Sandler has starred in "Happy Gilmore", "The Water Boy", and "Big Daddy", and all have been extremely successful.
