Biography: Jon Stewart was born on 11/28/62 in Lawrence, New Jersey. Stewart began his entertainment career as a standup comic in New York. His first TV job came when he hosted "Comedy Central's Short Attention Span" and from there he has appeared on a slew of comedy specials and a number of movies including "The Faculty" and "Big Daddy". Currently, Jon Stewart is the new host of "Comedy Central's Daily Show" and has more movie plans in the works.
