Robin Williams Biography: Born in
Chicago, Illinois on 7/21/52. Williams got his big break starring in the successful sitcom "Mork and Mindy". After a string of sub-par movie roles
that followed, Williams once again struck gold with the film "Good Morning, Vietnam" which netted him an Oscar nomination and Golden Globe Award. From there Williams has starred in a
slew of both comedic and dramatic successes such as "Dead Poets Society", "Awakenings", "The Fisher King", "The Birdcage", "Jack", "Fathers' Day", and
"Flubber". However, Williams's greatest achievement came after winning a Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his work in "Good Will Hunting" and
since then he has starred in a string of films of both dramatic and comedic proportions.
