Ex-model turned thespian Rebecca Romijn-Stamos headlined this premiere as her costar Antonio Banderas was unavailable due to a filming commitment. The unspooling took place at the newly remodeled Hollywood landmark The Cinerama Dome where Rebecca, escorted by her husband actor John Stamos and many of their immediate family members welcomed costars Rie Rasmussen, Gregg Henry in addition to celebrity invitees. Carrying their tickets down the red carpet were familiar faces including Bob Saget, Paula Jai Parker, Vanessa Parise, Taylor Ball, Camile Winbush, Annabeth Gish, Irina Voronina, Leeann Tweeden, Sonya Walger, Nathan Fillion, Viola Davis, Tom Lenk, Kyla Pratt, Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro, Mathew St. Patrick, Courtney Gaines, Christine Lakin, Jon Lovitz, Bruce Greenwood and model Elena Maddalo, wearing some impressive jewelry.

Rebeeca Romijn-Stamos plays an ex con artist and expert thief trying to redirect her life into the straight and narrow. As the film opens with a heist taking place during the Cannes Film Festival, she steals a diamond studded bra right from the body of model in a classic cinematic lesbian scene. Antonio Banderas is the photographer that captures the gorgeous ingenue turning into both her lover and foil. After fleeing to the U.S. she returns to Paris seven years later as the wife of the U.S. Ambassador, enter the Paparazzi (Banderas) that takes her picture and she must retrieve the photos before her old comrades find her back in France. Now that the old gang is out of prison including the guy she shot and left for dead find her to be in Paris they set out to find her. But hold onto your hats! We find out that a lot that has transpired in the beginning of the film has never happened at all! Director Brian DePalma plays with the audience in adding this twist in the film.
So will this film be embraced by the ticket buying public or will it be shunned by the audience? As initial reviews view it, it could be dead on arrival…
