K-Pax Premiere

I just loved seeing Kevin Spacey eat that banana, peel and all! Getting back to the main theme Universal Pictures asks us to, "Change the way you look at the world." We took to the streets of Westwood to welcome the film's star Kevin Spacey and Jeff Bridges with their ensemble cast in tow such as Mary McCormack, Ajay Naidu, Conchatta Ferrell, Brian Howe, Tracy Vilar, Kimberly Scott and Vincent Laresca.

Visiting alien Prot (Kevin Spacey) is taken into custody after he is discovered leaning over the body of a victim after a mugging in Grand Central Station. The police then turn him over to the psychiatric ward of a hospital when he tells the arresting officers that the light on this planet is too harsh for him. He reveals to Dr. Mark Powell (Jeff Bridges) that he is on a fact finding mission and will return to K-Pax at the end of the Summer. While in the ward other patients begin to change and ask to be taken with the alien. As Prot begins to make believers into his fellow patients Powell is more determine to find his delusions to be untrue with little success. The final test that seems to lay waste to Dr. Powell's convictions is the way Prot confounds Astronomers with his vast knowledge of space that no one on Earth could know.
