Plot: As the movie opens, Paul Vitti (De Niro) is in prison, with the story then following what happens as he's let out. Undoubtedly, he'll be needing to see his analyst, Dr. Ben Sobel (Crystal), but what may surprise him is that now, Sobel is the one who needs an analyst, as the stress of taking over the family practice following the death of his father bears down on him... (Moriarty plays the widow of a rival boss who has taken over his family)

De Niro Analyzes $20 Million 
Hollywood legend Robert De Niro will reprise his mobster role in the Analyze This sequel for $20 million. Analyze That, the follow up to the 1999 comedy starring the Oscar winner as a neurotic gangster seeking therapy will start filming next year. The original movie saw De Niro being paid significantly less - $8 million. De Niro's co-star Billy Crystal will breathe new life into psychiatrist Doctor Ben Sobel and Friends actress Lisa Kudrow will play the same character Laura - this time married to Ben.
